Will the seats for mop-up round in UP consider UR for a category holding candidate and therefore, fill by the UR merit only????

Dear aspirant, if you are a category holding candidate you will not be allotted a seat of UR candidate. You have to compete for the seat of your category with the students of your category only. No seat of UR category is allotted to a student of any other category.

Dear aspirant, if there is no seat available for the category you are of then a UR seat is not allotted to any student for any other category. So you being a student of EWS category are not eligible for the UR seat. It is better that you should apply

Dear Anshika, The mop up round is conducted by DGHS for Deemed and Central Universities. In the mop up round the net vacant seats due to non joining, non reporting from Round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates will be allotted seats according to choice

Dear Arsh, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for PIMS under Government Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 365
OBC: 461
SC: 346

With 522 marks you are in a comfortable position
Having said that, cut offs change

Well the last closing rank for general category students this year by MCC counseling was around AIR 12618.

Your state quota cut will be lower than this one in your domiciled state where you are eligible to attend counselling for government medical college seats.

In case the seats reserved for PH Category of students remain vacant, then they are transferred to the seats through which normal candidates can participate in the further rounds.
Rejected PH candidates can't apply for the vacant PH Seats though, if their luck favours, they might get

Dear Sneha, if your father is working with Delhi and is posted in Delhi and you are studying in Delhi,  you will be eligible for DU Defense Quota. But though your father is posted in Delhi, you have been studying in Haryana, then unfortunately you cannot claim this reservation. But
