A nursing degree doesn't make any difference in your MBBS admission because its totally depends on 12th subjects, marks and NEET/ entrance exam qualification.
So if you want to take admission for Mbbs without entrance exam, without donation and affordable fee structure. Then better to go abroad.
If you're a protestant you will need around 550 and for GM around 650. These are approximate. Real marks may vary.
