Yes, for mop up round 2 lakh rupees.
If u paid 1lakh rs. In second round then u have to pay 1 lakh rs only in mop up round.

The cutoff marks for Physically handicapped students under various categories for NEET 2019 are:-

  • Unreserved PH-45th Percentile(133-107)
  • SC PH-40th percentile(133-107)
  • ST PH-40th percentile(133-107)

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat in government medical college or even in private medical through neet counselling  with your marks not even under physically disabled quota.

Notes are always better not just for NEET. But also for your Upcoming Boards exams. Learn through books is good but making notes is best. You will have more time to revise. And notes are going be written in your way which you understand the best. So yes

Although neet's cut is near 130 marks every year . But if you talk about getting a seat in government medical college then you must aim at scoring high marks.
If you are from general category,  then you must aim for at least 550 + marks.

The fees in Nepalees medical colleges starts from 40 Lakhs to 60 Lakhs (its total for 5 years) while students pay approx 80-90 Lakhs in India to study MBBS in Pvt Medical colleges. This is another reason most of the Indian students move to Nepal for medical studies.

NTA organise JEE mains and Advance every year. More then 10 lakhs aspirants apply for the exam. There is no age limit, But Only those who have given there 12th Boards in Year of 2018 or 2019. Can apply for the JEE Mains 2020. So I don't think

Your this year score wasn't good enough. If you really want to score 500+ in Next NEET exam. You need to be genuine about it. Be serious this time. And also I would recommend that apply for different courses like BSc as well for a plan B. Study
