This year the cut-offs under AllIndia Quota have gone very high. You have obtanined decent scores but it may not prove to be enough for getting a government medical seat via the All India Quota. Even then, attend all the rounds of counselling. Also, you can try out for the state quota seats.

With this marks that too this year, not possible mate. You can try for some State Quota but AIQ will be little or i can say much difficult. As you must be knowing that this year the cutoffs has seen a sudden rise with 15-20 marks.
