Yes, Definitely you are eligible for counselling as counselling is for free of cost and there's no rule of not able to attend the counselling as your your ts icet result has been already declared

As per 2019, the admissions into the physiotherapy courses are not based on neet cutoffs. Till now, admissions in physiotherapy courses are based on 10+2 marks and there are some colleges conducting their separate entrances exams for giving admissions into these courses.

Whether you can get admission in bums in any college if you are not qualified in neet , will depend on the college itself as it depends on college to college. The basic criteria for getting admission in bums program is qualifying 10+2  with 50% marks in physics, chemistry

Hello aspirant , well with 248 marks you would not get seat in any government medical college. Now coming to private medical colleges. In private medical colleges as well you would not get seat through NEET. You are only eligible for management quota . Hope you have registered for counseling

Mopup rounds are held to fill the vacant seats left after first and second round of counselling. Possiblity of seats remaining vacant after mopup round is not there. No direct admission is provided to government colleges without NEET counselling. Only management quota seats are filled through direct admission
