Yes you can be admitted in college.
But have your seat got allotted in any of the college?

If yes then your admission is confirmed,you can go to the College.
If not then there's no chance to get admission in college.

If you haven't got a seat try for minority Colleges or private collges if you have passed NEET examination.

Hello dear student,

What do you want to ask it's quite not clear. But what I am getting after reading your query is if you can get direct admission after 3rd counseling . So dear student it's not like that .

When all the seats are but filled till second counseling then 3rd counseling takes place and it's not important it actually takes place. So when few seats are left then mop up round happens and students who don't get seats in any of the above rounds of counselling only they are eligible to get seat . I hope this was helpful. So it's not sure if you can get direct admission or not because it depends upon many factors one amongst that is marks of the students and another being how many students have enrolled for the mop up .
