Woth 455 marks in neet 2019 under unreserved category+ ews category your chances of getting a good government medical college in Maharashtra under 85% state quota seats is quite low.
Still you can try for following two colleges based on their previous year's cutoff marks:-

hey dear, seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worried about their colleges.So, with these marks you have less chances of getting a govt. college for mbbs ,you can try for bams,bds and bhms.otherwise, you can go for private college.
