Currently the second round of Karnataka Medical counselling is going on. The last date of joining college after second round is 3 August 2019. 

So the mop up schedule would be available after 3 August 2019. You must keep tracking their website which is kea.kar.nic.in

If you want then you can participate in mop up round,  but frankly speaking with just 349 marks a general student like you cannot fetch a seat in medical colleges,  so there's no point in participating.
