i couldn't find any such information about what you said. being a domicile of another state , you cant apply for the government seats of any other state. this rule applies for all the states. you can only go for the private colleges of other states.

Your NEET UG 2019 score has chance to get admission for Ayurveda at K G Mittal Ayurvedic College, Mumbai. The criteria is also base on Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. As it is Private Institute, you need to qualify Entrance Test and their Counseling.
