Dear Nithesh, the registration and document verification process was completed in June. Those candidates who successfully registered and completed the document verification only can complete the choice filling process eventually for subsequent rounds. So if you havent completed the registration and document verification unfortunately you cannot do it now.

If the visual disability is 40% or less than 40% you are eligiblen for availing PWD reservation in NEET. For that you need to be examined at one of NTA approved Medical Exmaining Centres. Now you haven't mentioned the intensity of the illness so it is difficult to decide.
