Yes you are eligible to give neet exam upto 25 years of age if you belong to general or obc category otherwise if you have sc/ st category then you can give neet exam upto 30 years of age.

You have attempted neet four times then you will have the experience of giving that exam and idea of questions more as compare to other candidates. So you should give neet 2020 if you want to be a doctor. And have to do study hardly.

Otherwise you can go for other bright career options for a medical student like pharmacy, lab technician etc.

You will be extremely happy to know that there's no age limit for neet and also there's no limit regarding the number of times you can appear in neet.
So even though tou have appeared four times now , you can still write neet exam as number of times as you want .
