Yes, in order to give the JEE, the qualification criteria is the clearance of the class 12 with atleast 5 subjects and the candidate should be more than 17 years old. The candidate appearing in the JEE 2020 must have passed the class 12 in 2018 or 2019 or 2020

For NEET your higehr secondary(12th class ) marks will be considered.

Since you belong to general category you have to get minimum of 50 percentage to be eligible for NEET 2020.

Class 11th marks are not considered anywhere for admission.
