Can I register for second round counselling in any other states

Hi,

you can only have other state medical colleges through their respective counselling if you have that state domicile certificate.

Otherwise you can have them with all India quota counselling of neet by choosing that state medical colleges.

And if you did not got them then you can apply for that states private medical colleges counselling process

Hello candidate,
You cannot apply for state quota of any state in which you donot possess the domicile. It is only under All India Quota that you are eligible for seats in colleges of other states than your domicile state and accounts for 15% seats in every state. Separate counselling is held for All India Quota seats.
Also registrations for All India Quota seats round two is not available now. You can wait for mopup round if you wish to secure seat in other states according to your NEET marks.
