Greetings ,
Yes you are eligible for neet 2020 with your date of birth as for being eligible for neet 2020 one must be at least 17 years or more by December 2020 and you fulfil that,  so you are no doubt eligible for neet 2020.

Yes of course you are eligible for jee 2020 as to be eligible applying candidate must have passed10+2 level exam or its equivalent in 2018 or 2019 from a recognized board or university or must be appearing for the 10+2 exam in the 2020.

Dear Deepthi, Hyd-Kar reservation is for candidares who belong to Bidar, Yadhir, Raichur, Koppal and Gulbarga of Hyderabad and Bellary of Madras. It was sad that you could not do well in boards and JEE but dear you need to stresss yourself rather you should start preparing for jee right now, as you can appear for improvement exam in 2020 and you can appear in JEE as well.

Don't worry even if you don't know computer science then also you can take computer science engineering. You need to work hard at first by understanding the codes. All you need to do is practice coding. In a year you will achieve good grasp
