I have domacil of up .can I apply for Ap and Telangana private colg for category A with neet marks 536.if yes how ...plz guide

Dear candidate,
You can definitely apply for a different state other than you state of domicile but in the other state you will be considered in All India qouta.
Cutoff for all India qouta goes higher than the cutoff for 85% state qouta.
It's will be a difficult for you to take admission in a different state.

You  can apply for the colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana  via the 15 percent All India Quota.
Having an UP domicile makes you eligible for the 85 percent state quota of UP but not of AP or Telangana. So in order to take admission imto colleges of AP and Telangana, you have to apply via 15 percent All India Quota.

Yes you can obviously apply for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Private Colleges. You just have to apply through the 15% All India Quota. However, on the basis of your marks you can easily get a government college too in Karnataka, Odisha too. Try applying in those states too.
