For NEET you must have to score More then 50% in PCB overall for general and for SC/ST it's 4t%. As per your above mentioned score you have more then 50% in PCB so you are eligible for appearing in NEET and AIIMS as well. For AIIMS 50%

Well the marks scored by you is all in all good and might get you a seat in private medical colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The cut off goes low for private ones, so you might have a good chance.
