So there is no ews under 85% quota of state.

The NEET UG 2019 Cut off for NEET UG counseling differs state-wise, category-wise, difficulty level of the Test, Number of Candidates, etc. You have scored 276 and belong to SC Category, the cut off is 133 score. So yo are eligible to gain MBBS seat in Government College.
