you should change the option to get admission under NRI quota if the option is non editable then you should mail them at the contact us tab on their website : https://iimcat.ac.in/per/g01/pub/756/ASM/WebPortal/1/index.html?756@@1@@1#! which would be updated soon for CAT 2019.
or else you can call them at the number given at their website which should work.
