See, for AIQ 15% seats in government medical colleges of India only two rounds of counselling will be organised and no further rounds will happen but for deemed universities will have a mop up round of counselling as well.

Yes you can give jee main as to be eligible for jee mains 2020 Candidates should have passed class 12 / equivalent in the year 2018, 2019, or must be appearing for it in 2020. You can also get into nit if you scored well.

Can i get R. D Gardi college in 2nd round in neet 2019 under OBC and mp domicile. I scored 494 and closing score for OBC was 499 in round 1?

Hello Anugya !! 

The cut off decreases by 5-10 marks after every round of counselling depending upon the competition .

Looking at the first round cut off of RD Gardi Medical College, with a score of 494 in OBC category you have good chances of getting this college.

Yes.
If you are not alloted any college in even in second round of counselling, then you can exit the process of counselling. It is not mandatory for you to attend mopup round of counselling. You will get your security money back after all rounds of counselling are

The success rate or success percentage for any candidate who is willing to clear neet exam and get a seat for mbbs/bds, totally depends on the rate of his/her -preprations,hardwork,concentration,time management for studies,etc.
