Deemed Universities admission is through MCC Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score. Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Mangalore. I hope you have checked the seat Allotment.

with this percentile it is quite not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University for bms even if you belong to obc category. There’s a lot of competition for bms course. So your chances are very less as your percentile is not that good. You can check

Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
