As far as i am concerned there is no such quota (ncc quota) provided in neet. there is no  such reservation for NCC cadets in the various government as well as private medical colleges in India. As mentioned in the guidelines the reservation is  provided according to the state

Speaking about the eligibility criteria of the NEET exam,  there is no upper age limit for the students but the candidate must be minimum 17 years of age as of 31 st December. So the gap in education is not a problem . You have a relaxation for that.

Hello,
Yes, you can take part in 2nd round counselling if you don't take admission in college allotted to you in first round. Even if you dont get a better college after round two, you can take admission in this college later also.

Hello,
As you mentioned with 130 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college for BUMS anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.

Hello,
As you mentioned with 410 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college through All India quota or in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.

Hello aspirant,

Your score is too low to secure a seat in any government college through All India Quota. Also you haven't mentioned your category. If you belong to general category then you need to have a score of 500+ to get any seat in government colleges through All India
