You didn't mention your category . Nevertheless, 590 is a very decent score and with Rajasthan state domicile you can easily get a government medical college .

I think you are asking about the NEET 2020 .Then yeah sure you would be able to apply .If one belongs to general category a minimum score of 50% in PCB is required in I. SC.Hence you meet the eligibility criteria .
