It is not possible with these marks to get a seat in Telangana with all india quota ,however if you belong to state quota and any reserved , maybe you can get a seat because according to last year's data , 493 was the cutoff with the closing

You might get a seat in the following colleges in Assam through the AIQ -

1)Barpeta Medical College

2) Tezpur Medical College

3)Jorhat Medical College

But I would suggest you to apply for the state quota seats of your domicile as these colleges aren't that good .
