The score suggests that your daughter has decent chances of getting a seat in a government College for BHMS due to the reservation .If not in the first round she would surely get a seat by the mop up round of counselling.

It is not possible with these marks to get a seat in Telangana with all india quota ,however if you belong to state quota and any reserved , maybe you can get a seat because according to last year's data , 493 was the cutoff with the closing
