Is there physically handicap reservation for sight for neet 2019

Hello,
As far as I am concerned neet does hold a reservation for physically handicapped category .3% seats are reserved for the physically handicapped candidates. In addition, the cut off for people under PWD category is also 45% instead of the 50% for general category candidates.
If I talk about the visually impaired criteria then Persons with visual disability of less than 40% are made eligible to pursue GME, but do not qualify for reservation as the extent of visual impairment is less than the benchmark definition of Low Vision.
