However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase

Since you haven't mentioned your category I have assumed that you are asking about the general category cut off .So let me tell you that to get a seat in BHMS through state quota a minimum score of above 340 is required .Though speculations might not turn out

Yes you can definitely take part in 2nd round of AIQ counselling besides getting a seat through state quota .If you want to register yourself then go to mcc.nic.in and select UG counseling and proceed .
