Although you have obtained 490 marks in NEET and even you have obc category still there are very less chances for you to get admission in any government dental college. As cut offs are really high as last marks at which seat is alloted is around 510.

The college Sumathibhai Shah Ayurvedic college is a private one with an intake of 60 students and the total course fee for BAMS as 7.88 lakhs .Since you don't have a domicile of Maharashtra I think you have low chances as a minimum score of 350+ is required

As per the present regulation of MCI a student of general category should have a minimum score of 50% in PCB and from reserved categories 45% .But you have only 41% in PCB ,so I am sorry to say but you aren't eligible for NEET 2020 .
