Twicea year NEET, which was earlier held once a year, will now be conducted twice a year from 2019, in February and April 2. Students can appear both the times in NEET and the best of the two scores would be taken in account for admission.

The exam may be conducted twice in 2020 in February and May sessions. However, there is no official notification released by the exam conducting authority regarding the same
It’s tough to say at this point of time, and we don’t have any official notification about NEET 2020. Right now you should consider the NEET 2020 exam in pen-paper mode only.
Don’t worry about any new changes in NEET 2020 pattern or syllabus. Study as per NCERT and coaching modules. The concepts will remain the same. The way of problem solving remains the same. Keep your focus on preparation and nothing else.
