Well as far as you should know this that you are not allowed to take part in state counseling for government quota seats of any other state other than your domiciled state.
Same goes for Ayush courses as well and because of which you should go for Rajasthan

The round 1 of counselling and allotment is over in Karnataka. The exact dates are not mentioned yet. Following is the tentative schedule for round2 of counselling.

If you happen to be in Delhi visit your area Tahsildar or Sub-divisional office , which issued the certificate , with whatever papers you have . If you can not get the information then make a request to the Greavances authority of Delhi Govt and you will get help .
