There are total 760 seats in Haryana state , and your rank is 768 , so it is slightly difficult for you to get a seat for MBBS in general category. According to last year's data , the cutoff of ESIC college was 535 marks with NEET rank

Yes you can surely do so. In second round you have to prepare a fresh choice list. You can add any college you wish for under AIQ. Also you can add any number of Collleges in your list, there is no such limit. The dates of choice filling

You need to register for Online Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 in the mentioned link https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/registration/RegisterVerify and follow up the instructions as given.

However, if a candidate had already registered in round-1, then don't need to register and make payments again for round-2 but have to make fresh choices

After seat allotment , if you have got seat , you need to go for document verification from july1 to july4 , and you had to report to the college on from july1 to july5. This was for round one that is over now. Now , for private colleges ,

It depends on your domicile state, but in most states you will be able to get a seat at good colleges if you get 475+. 450 will also get you a medical college seat. At the minimum, you have to score 420+ since there was a marks hike in 2019.
