I will say that there is one government college you can try for, which is Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow for which the cut off for UR was 469 in 2018. It was ranked 29th last year .

Yes, you may get a MBBS college based on your category. If you belong to the UR, you have the least chances. You can always apply for a MBBS seat at the second round if you are not allotted one in the first round. All the best!
