I got 311 in Neet, my AIR is 239781, although I applied to every medical college in kea(both gov n priv), I didn't get alloted?

There are no chances for you to get into government medical colleges. But you can get into private medical colleges of your state. The only issue is the high fees of private colleges as compared to those of government colleges. You have a good chance of getting into private colleges. The fees will vary around 10-20 lakhs per annum for private colleges.
Don't get disheartened. You'll make into some private medical college of your state.
