Candidates not belonging to Maharashtra can get admission in medical colleges of Maharastra through All India Quota in NEET. The same holds true for all states of India.
Also, candidates belonging to Maharashtra can get admission in Colleges of Maharastra through AIQ as well as State Quota.

According to previous year cut off of general category, the minimum marks were 410(UNR) and 397(LOC) in private colleges of Telangana.
So, after implementation of EWS, you have good chances of getting admission in private colleges of Telangana under state quota.

OBC - 320+
SC/ST - 250+
So it is very difficult for you to get admission in government BHMS college based on your score. However you might have a chance to get admission
