To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 350 marks.As per your question and details you are getting 540 in neet that's a very good score although you belong too general category.You can get admission in government college with no difficulty.
hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worried about their college.So with this score you wont get any govt. college in AIQ for mbbs for sure,but my have chances of getting a govt. college in state quota.
