Dear Raushan, the 2nd round of counselling for Bihar State Quota is scheduled to start tentatively from the 2nd week of August. For now, seat allotment, choice filking and locking for Round 1 is in progress. The final provison list will be released tentatively by July 9th and document verification will commence from there on. So you can expect Round 2 to start from 2nd week of August.

The second round of neet counselling in bihar is scheduled to be started in the second week of August. Exact dates are not declared till. As the first round  will be completed on 20th July. Only after that second round will get started.

You just keep yourself aware and updated. You should check the second round counselling dates after 20th July. It will be declare till that.

Second round of counselling will end in third week of August.
