hey shyam ,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worrued about their colleges.So with these marks you wont get admission in mbbs govt. college in AIQ  but may have chances in state quota mbbs seat for obc.otherwise you can get some other course

Yes you can have government bhms/bams or veternary seat in your state medical colleges. 

As the opening marks for bhms /bams generally stay 350+ for obc in many of their colleges so you should apply for the counselling.
