Dear Jana, in 2018, under State Quota, 368 marks secured a seat in PSG Institute of Medical Sciences under BC Category. Now that is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it is speculated that the cut offs in Government Medical Colleges will go higher by 25 marks. In such case, you only have a chance at this college under Government Medical Colleges but have decent chances in Private Medical Colleges.

As you mentioned with bc category and 394 marks, your chances of getting a decent private college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
