Candidate is eligible for second round of counselling of UPSEE under two conditions:
the first one is that the student was allotted a seat but he didn't report at the reporting centre then he is automatically eligible for second round of counselling

hey Akshith,the fee structure for any private college cannot ve predicted it keeps on changing with type of seats abd neet scores.As far as your marks are concerned,you may gave chances of getting seats till 8 lakhs for sure,less than that for and obc candidate would not be possible.
hey Vaishnavi,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were worried about their colleges.So with this score and through open category you wont get any top medical colleges in maharashtra but you will surely get lower ranked goverment colleges with these marks.

1. publication provisional result for seat allocation-20 aug 2019.
2.submission of online payment of security money by candidates who have provisionally alloted seat in phase 1 mopup round counselling- 21 august to 22 august 2019.
3.declaration of final result-23 august 2019.

Hello Vaishali Gautam, i want you to know this, that in AIIMS post graduation, there is no reservation for any candidate. In post graduation of AIIMS, every candidate, whether from Reserved category or from unreserved category, you have to secure the same rank and have the same cut-offs.

Cutoff for last year for OBC in Mysore Medical College, Mysore was 378 marks in NEET.
With 400 marks, I think you have a decent chance of getting a seat there.
