    AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
    Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.

    You have scored good in neet 2019, and yes you can have mbbs seat in Maharashtra or anywhere else too. 

    According to last year opening marks for mbbs under state quota  for general category were 

    400 for 70% regional quota
