Hello dear candidate. 

I would be glad to inform you that, according to the new MCC rule, even if you haven't appeared for the first round of counseling in the All India counseling session, you are still eligible for appearing in the second round.

I must tell you that with even state rank of 21753, it seems very difficult that you will get a seat in second round of counselling for NEET UG 2019. I would advice you to drop counselling if you belong to general category. It might be possible that

Last year itself the cut off for UR in Tirunelveli Medical College was 441 through state quota and 453 through All India Quota.

Dear Akash, the cut offs will remain the same. Its just the students in the  merit list after a certaibn number that are called for Round 2. For example lets say in the first merit list, 1-5000 ranked candidates were called in and all the seats havent been filled in,
