OC candidates as such don't get as much as advantages which SC/ST reservation may get. 

Your expected rank based on your score will be ranging from 65200-66600.You have less chances to get Govt colleges but yes with this score you can try for private colleges.

Well that may vary as per different states. Every state has it's own cut off declared for Ayush courses. According cut offs is released.

Government colleges usually have high cut off and demand than the private ones.

The cut off can be around 480+ for general category students.

with this marks you should be able to get a seat there. but nothing can be said for sure, do particicpate in the mop round and see because last year even general category studentas with lesser marks were allotted seat there.

As per your rank and Marks you are short of getting a government college. Either of your home state quota and category rank are not going to help you that much.

But yes as you qualified NEET exam so you can get admission in any private college easily.

The qualifying score for NEET ug for general candidates is 134 and since your score is more than the minimum qualifying score , you are eligible for counselling and have chances to get an MBBS seat.
