It seems unlikely that you'll be allowed in the same year for the NEET MDS exam. It mentions that a full year internship and a provisional/permanent registration with state dental council or DCI should be done by march 31 to be eligible to volunteer.

Yes you can expect a seat under state quota . Since last year it was about 409 marks for BC category then this year you can expect to get in a government medical college with these marks .
