Yes you can participate in Round 2. But you neednt register again because you have already registered. But because MCC has withdrawn its round 1 results, please wait until the Round 1 results are released. If you still do not get a seat you can select Deemed Universities as well

Neet ug exam till now has conducted offline only because there are huge number of students who apply for neet entrance exam every year and that much computer centres can't be provided to the students.

It is being said that from the year 2020 onwards neet will be conducted twice a year in two sessions.
The examinations will be held in two sessions i.e. in February and in may.
But there's no official announcement by the conducting authority i.e. by NTA.

Hello Ravikant, for eligibility in NEET, there are 2 criteria for B.Sc graduates. First, is you should have studied 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects and score an aggregate required for your Category. Secondly if you have completed B.Sc you should have studied atleast 2 subjects
