Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 350 marks to get into a vetenary college via neet. 

You need to secure a rank within 30,000 to get a good vetenary college via All India quota. 

So I believe yes you can get

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 560 marks to get into a government medical college in kerala if you belong to general category. 

For government self financing medical colleges the cutoff is about 520 marks.

You have scored good in neet 2019 and with this marks you can have mbbs seat in kakatiya medical college. 

According to last year opening marks analysis for general category in kakatiya medical college for mbbs were 540 marks.

As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories- state quota(85%) and management quota.
With 385 marks, you surely will get a decent private medical college through management quota. But fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
