Yes, you would be eligible for JEE Main, but only in 2020. Actually, the rules is you can give JEE Main only thrice in consecutive years, the first being the year you pass your class 12th. Since you passed class 12th first in 2018, JEE Main 2020 would

Since, you mentioned that you will prepare for neet this year too by self study but bsc is your backup plan.
I suggest you to take regular bsc.
This involves chemistry, botany , zoology.

You have scored good in neet 2019 as according to last year data the opening marks for mbbs under tamil nadu state quota for mbc category were 343 marks. 

It means you should apply for the counselling process to be sure for getting a mbbs or bds course.
