If I got an college in round 1(GMC Chandigarh) but i dont join it right now even after it is allotted. Can I join it in round 2.

Hello Manoj, once you are allotted a college, you should join that college within a mentioned time. If you do not want to join that college, you should surrender the seat to the college. For this, you need to go to college in person. Now if you do that, you can participate in Round 2 of counselling. If you dont surrender it, it will be assumed that you have decided to join the college and your refundable fees will not be returned. Now if you surrender the seat, you can participate in Round 2 and you will have lost the opportunity to join GMC Chandigarh. But in Round 2 if you get the same college again, you can join the college.
