Well based on your rank i guess yes you can have a government seat under 85% state quota of NEET UG 2019. I am also attaching a link to neet 2019 cutt off for government college in west Bengal. You can go through it.

1. Be sincere in your efforts (Half hearted hard work doesn’t give fruitful results !)
2. Practice from limited and standard books like SL Arora HC VERMA, etc. Dont do too many books. Do limited books, and do it more number of times.

According to last year's data , the cutoff marks were 481 with the closing rank of 29395 for admission into Murshidabad medical college , murshidabad. This rank is NEET category rank. So , please match your corresponding NEET rank with this. Rest , the cutoff changes every year.
