Well, for getting mbbs in government you neet to score 560+. I am sorry to say but getting an admission in government college might be tough for you. However, you could try in a private college for mbbs for the one you fullfill the admission criteria.

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
