Sir my NEET rank is 100091 can I take admission in government college and which college

ANPAM KUMAR Student Expert 25th Aug, 2019

Hey there

As you have not mentioned your category and state from which you belong so I'll be answering for general category in AIQ so in 100091 rank you have no chances of getting any government medical College in India. I suggest you to go for Management quota seat in self funded colleges.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 25th Aug, 2019
Dear Aditya, this year, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks and cut offs at each College went hay wire. It was apples and oranges when compared to last year. You havent mentioned your Category. But Bihar is obe of the States with highest cut offs. As we speak, Bihar has finished 2nd round allotments. After 1st round, the cut offs have been as follows:

UR: 599
ST: 502
SC: 426
EBC:566
BC: 584
RCG: 584
EWS: 580

These might considerably reduce over the next rounds but this is just to give an idea of what you might have to face in NEET 2020. At a score of 550, Candidates are awaiting for mop up round. This is because Bihar has approximately 1100-1200 MBBS seats. You can check 2018 Bihar cut offs at our page at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-bihar/amp
