Hello aspirant yes you are eligible for BCECE counselling. It is not related with JEE Mains. It conducts it's exam without being associated with JEE Mains. If you score well in BCECE you are eligible for counselling as well to take admission in colleges under BCECE.

As you have not mentioned your category and state from which you belong so I'll be answering for general category in AIQ so in 100091 rank you have no chances of getting any government medical College in India. I suggest you to go for Management quota seat in self funded colleges.

If you have applied through OBC quota then you will be considered in OBC quota only irrespective of how much many marks you score in NEET. For OBC category, 27% reservation is there for colleges under NEET.

For veterinary their is different procedure …simpling when you do neet registration it will only give you admission to bams,mbbs,BHMS not veterinary..To ge admission in veterinary first of all you have do registration on official website of veterinary
