Sorry to tell you that you will not get any refund because counseling fees is irrespective of the seat allotted or not. So this charge will not be refunded

As this year NEET cut off is high compare to last year, your chances of getting a seat in government college is too less. But you can surely apply for counselling. You can also apply for private colleges. Also you can surely prepaare for next year

You won't get admission in the first list but you can try your luck in the second and third rounds. 450 scores usually are on the margin of admission into MS Ramaiah Medical College.

Hello aspirant!

I am sorry to tell you but with a rank of 738099 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get any government or medical college for medical in any round for the whole counselling. I think you should drop out from the counselling.

Your score is great. You can definitely get a government medical college. This is based on previous years cut offs. If you want to go for West Bengal, then it would be easier to get admission through state quota, but for that you need to have the domicile
